Shipping is calculated based on equipment weight and destination, and is confirmed on your invoice before you pay. Orders over our free-shipping threshold ship free — see your invoice for details on your specific order.
Returns
Contact our team within 30 days of delivery if an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. We'll work with you to arrange a replacement, repair, or refund. Custom or special-order equipment may not be eligible for return — this will be noted on your invoice if applicable.
